Gerald A. Peters
living and teaching at the college level in Richmond, VA
Married the lovely Bonnie Winans in August 1965 and graduated from Eastern Michigan University in January 1966. Completed his PhD. at the University of Michigan in August 1970.
From 1970 to 1987 he worked for a private research laboratory, in Yellosprings Ohio, conducting research on photosynthesis and biologican nitrogen fixation.
In 1987 he joined the faculty of the Biology Department at Virginia Commonwealth University at Richmond, VA. He was made a tenured Full Professor in 1990.
He and Bonnie have two married daughters and one grandchild
